I will describe the movies after Japanese version and not after American (American version put the first three movies in one).

| Movie 1 |
Kari is in this movie more interested in digimon than Tai. She is the one who discoveres a digi egg from her father's computer. With her whistle she trys to communicate with Botamon and they become friends (Tai throws his goggles in Botamon's head instead of trying to be nice to it xD). In episode 21 Kari also recognises Koromon (Tai didn't) and she still wears that mysterious whistle.

| Movie 2 |
Kari is here just for the funny movie scenes, she doesn't play any important role. Tai, Izzy and Ishida brothers are saving the world; meanwhile Kari is 'captured' on a birthday party with her friends. She is too busy to come home.

| Movie 3 |
Kari and T.K. visited Mimi in the USA. If Kari hadn't felt the crying Cherubimon, Wallace probably wouldn't play such a big part in the story. In this movie she's not that often shown. She travels with train to meet her friends, but she comes only in the end of the movie to the final battle, where she also gets younger and younger.

Of all movies, Kari probably has the least important role in this one. Worried about their brothers, she and T.K. go in the network to help Tai and Matt. With their help first evil Diablomon is defeated, but the new one shows up. She doesn't fight with him, she just observes others fighting it. Like always the power of darkness worries her and she is scared something bad could happen.
