This has nothing to do with that Sparkling Teeth.

Takato is sure that Rika changed her mind because of Ryo. Even he thinks Ryo has a special influence on her! :D

Sparkling Teeth ... is Rika's nickname for Ryo. Many Rukato fans say that Rika's nickname for Takato (Goggle-boy) means love (but only in dubs!) so why wouldn't we Ryuki fans say the same (and Sparkling Teeth is even ORIGINAL!)? :p Rika and Ryo's relationship is that special that Rika even gives Ryo a nickname.
