From Ryo to Cyberdramon

Ryo is talking about battling in Digimon TCG (trading card game) tournaments and how he'll probably go off and fight in another game. Then he remembers the time when he first saw Cyberdramon. It was after a certain tournament ...

Do you remember when you first showed up in front of me? It was at the competition two years ago, on the night of the finals. The night when I finally won against a girl whose strength I'd never seen the likes of before. [laughs]

The girl is not named but there is NO DOUBT he's talking about Rika. Who else can be that strong in TCG that he'd have troubles winning them? Rika is called the Digimon Queen and she's the only one who Ryo could be talking about! :D Ryo's sending a message to Cyberdramon and he even remembers Rika in it! The tournament where he defeated her must have been something special! Well, of course, there are probably not so many girls participating and Rika was worth remembering. (I know that because I played Ygo TCG and I know how it feels to be one of three girls there! ;D)

We discovered another thing here - Ryo and Rika DID play against each other and Rika was defeated.
