Ryuki in Digimon Tamers
Ryo and Rika first met in Episode 28. Rika knew he was the 'legendary Tamer', the best Digimon TCG player. She was crowned as a Digimon Queen because she was the best after Ryo left the real world (disappeared). They played against each other on the very night Ryo disappeared (we know this from Ryo's message to Cyberdramon) and Rika lost. That's why she was angry at Ryo when they met in the 28th episode. He didn't even remember her in dubs. It's just strange that in german version they seem not to have played against eachother and if we assume german version suits the original, they made a little mistake here.

RIKA -> RYO
OK so, playing together or not, Rika is annoyed by the fact that everybody think Ryo is the best and that they call him the 'Digimon King', not to mention how Digimon fans worship him. He also has this attitude she doesn't like, not even his 'sweet smile'. Ryo is amused about this things because he knows Rika is annoyed by them. She's annoyed almost every time they meet but they can work together if they must. However! Rika is annoyed by him most of the time but she does show him her friendly and even gentle side a few times (for example the episode where they're going back home on Janyu's arc or the last episode where she gives him her powers and is afraid he would get hurt ;D). But OK, more about it under EVIDENCE!

RYO -> RIKA
As I said, Ryo is amused by Rika's annoyance. He never throws in her face that he's the King not her (he only mentiones it once but he doesn't attack her with it). He's also very flirtatious. ;D Rika seem to be bothered by it sometimes but we start to think what's really going on in her head after the last episode.
