DIGIROYALTY - ABOUT THE SITE

As you can tell by the layout ... this is a page dedicated to Ryo and Rika (most of the time I'll call it Ryuki (Ryo × Ruki (japanese name for Rika)). I chose this couple because it is probably my favourite one of all seasons (besides Taiora from first Digimon Season). And I made this page now not six years ago (when Digimon was faaar more popular than it is now :( ) because I'm not from an English speaking country and I was twelve six years ago (that was actually eight years ago x) (added in 2010)). I did have a Digimon Tamers page back then (on Yahoo Geocities) but it was deleted by Geocities itself :(! Ok, it was my fault for not signing in but still ... However, my English wasn't that good at the time and some people wrote some evil stuff in my Guestbook. It was not a nice thing to read, trust me! I did correct my mistakes about two years ago (four (2010)), when I could speak English good enough! But then it just got deleted. I'm eighteen (twenty, 2010) now and I still make spealing and grammar mistakes. But I think you can still understand me! If there is anything you can't understand - Email me! :D So ... back to this page xD If you look back at my Digimon-Pages history, you'll see a common Digimon Tamers page (finished), Jeri Katou Fanpage (in german, never finished, deleted), a page dedicated to the Tamers (not finished) and a BigDigimon Fanpage (still under construction). I love making fansites! It just stops for me, when there is just tooo much to do. Tooo much work, you don't want to do. I would finish the Jeri Fanpage if I wasn't too young to speak german very well and if Geocities didn't delete it ... But this page ... I will finish! Because I looove couple shrines and Ryuki is just my very favourite couple. <3 NOTICE THIS PLEASE!! ~ I'm used to say Rika Nonaka not Ruki Makino. So there will be no Rukis on this page! ~ I watched Digimon on RTL II (German TV) and Renamon was a MALE there! I'll try to write as if he was a female but it can come to some mistakes (don't worry, Sakuyamon was a she xD).

The Name

I chose DigiRoyalty for the name of this page because of one reason. True Ryuki fans have probably saw it in a second! xD Just kidding. Ryo and Rika are also called Digimon King and Digimon Queen, because they are the best Digimon Card Game Players (actually Ryo is the best and Rika is the second xD). So ... kings and queens are royalty!

The layout

This is layout number 4. I wanted a drastic change and went from black to white, the last layout was just too dark (after watching it for six months). So this one was made by me, that's why it only looks good in resolution 1280 - 768! I kind of liked it too much to make one for all resolutions and it's true, I didn't have any more nerves left to do it different. It has a few bugs, since I'm no html expert but I think it came out well for a noob! :)
About the main image. It was drawn by me. Yes. But the idea was kind of stolen and I watched the original picture while drawing mine. It just didn't go any other way, ppl!!! I was trying soooo hard for days to make a picture I'd like but that didn't happen! They were all just ... bleeh!! So I googled for 'chibi anime lovers' or sth like that and found that cute yaoi pic (yes, yaoi). I'm never gonna tell you which one it was!! Oh, I painted it in photoshop myself.
I decided not to make another splash page, they aren't so fun as I thought they would be. :s Every time I was visiting my site, I had to go through the splash page first and .. it's just annoying!
There are some things I still don't like about the new layout but I probably won't change them.
About the name ... Wuut? Ok, yeah, I had no idea how I should call the new layout. And then I realised that Ryo's face looks a little like 'wuut (what?)?' and named it after him. Lame, I know. XD And the picture itself. There is no story, I have no idea why Rika is 'riding' Ryo, it's because of the original pic that had nothing to do with our two tamers. ~~ But it's cute, right? Layout's moto: Simple is the best!
